RECYCLING OF CATALYTIC CONVERTERS - PROCESSING
We have a processing line, allowing for processing 60 tons of whole catalytic converters (approximately 20,000 units) per month, and to obtain 20 tons of monolith. This processing allows for the preparation of material for the smelting of precious metals.
In the first stage, the core (both metal and ceramic) is separated from the metallic casing using a hydraulic cutter.

In the second stage, the ceramic core is ground and homogenised using ball mills.
